Default No Water in Ice Maker but Water in Door
Brand: KitchenAid
Model Number: KSRG25fkwh04
Age: 1 - 4 years

There is no water in the ice maker. I have checked for stuck ice cubes, I have adjusted the temperature cooler and I checked the sensor to make sure it works. I have also turned off the icemaker for 10 minutes and overnight to try to reset it. I took out the filter and put it back. Nothing seems to work. Is there anything else I could try?

Please help.

Default

Check the water valve at the back of the fridge.

The water valve has two solenoids on it one is for the ice maker and one is for the water dispenser.

Here is a link to your fridge model KSRG25fkwh04.

Here is your water valve.

I don't think it's the valves

Thanks for the tip. I was so frutrated that I ended up filling he water manually to see if the rest of the icemaker would work. In fact the ice froze, and then melted completely without the dispenser arm ever pushing out the ice cubes or rotating at all. Could that be the problem?
