Default No Water in Ice Maker but Water in Door
Brand: General Electric
Model Number: TFX27PF
Age: 5 - 10 years

My GE Profile Side by Side has stopped producing ice. Water in door is OK. If I manually fill the icemaker ice will form and will be ejected to the top of the maker but not fall into the bin (possibly because no more ice forms to push the ice on top of the maker into the bin).

About a week ago I felt that the freezer could be a little colder so I adjusted the freezer settings all the way to the right (E). Then, about a week later - NO ICE. The dispenser turns, etc. but NO Ice. Yesterday I adjusted it back to "normal" .

What's next other than paying G.G. $150 just to arrive at my house?

Can you please provide the last part of your model number? There should be about four letters.

You can find these on the tag inside the fridge side on a tag with the serial number.

Have you found that the temperature of the fridge side getting warmer?

Check the ice maker for a broken gear.
