Model Number: gsh25vgre
Age: 1 - 4 years

no water in door . replaced water valve still no water

The problem could be in the mother board located at the back of the fridge or the board in the dispenser.

Look in under the fridge behind the kick plate for the technician sheet on how to test the unit.

Can you please verify your model number as some of the character at the end will not enter in our database.

I had the same problem with a sears brand. It turned out the hose was frozen. It came inside the back, bottom, right of the unit. behide the removable draws. Used a hair dryer to defrost it and it worked great.

took off kick plate did not see tech instructions. seems to be water at disconnect for door, is this water or ice maker? james

If there is a water disconnect at the door, it is for water, the ice water is usually going up the back of the box.

How do i get the front cover off the door to get at the switch for the water in the door its a kenmore 10657577791
