 No replacement part made? Brand: Other Model Number: LRSPC2231T Age: 1 - 4 years
This stainless mode ice bucket which consist of a white bucket, a metal auger shaped like a corkscrew and a plastic hamster type wheel to draw the ice in for dispensing and crushing. I was referred to another company and they researched the issue and even contacted LG and after 3 weeks I receive the part in the mail. The website stated that #134293 is part # 5075ja1008a and is replaced with 1342919. The problem is the part is too wide and wont even fit in the freezer. The part sent has the following dimensions
7 inch high, 12 inches deep, 11 5/8 wide. The CORRECT part measurement is 12 1/2 deep, 10 3/4 wide, and 8 inch high. Now the other company says that is what LG said and I will be returning the part - there is no other part made. The partstore.com states it is not longer made and the original part is 610A. The fridge is 5 years old and NOBODY makes this part? Any answers? |
