Brand: Whirlpool
Model Number: GD5SHA
Age: 5 - 10 years

No water is being passed to the ice maker. Switch is in the "on" position Is the line possibly frozen? Thanks!!

The line could be frozen.

Have you check the valve at the back of the fridge.

There are two valves, one for the water dispenser and the other is for the ice maker.

Here is a link to the parts of your fridge model GD5SHA.

For a more detailed breakdown of your fridge you will need the end of your model number.

It can be found on a tag in the fridge section with the serial number.
