 No display on ice/water dispenser Brand: General Electric Model Number: GSS25TGMFWW Age: 5 - 10 years
Sheila,Woodchuck, i need your help please
This unit is s/n VD406051,replaced main board,to no avail.ice/water does not work,although i got 13 volts to the dispender board after fixing a broken power cable on a 3 wire connector located below the freezer door behind the plastic grille on refrigerator bottom.Water dripping on it had corroded it.
Board installed is WR55X10552,it looks as an upgrade,based on my s/n i do not have to eliminate thermistor wire in pin 2 of J1 connector,right?
Any suggestions what might be wrong? also installed new solenoid for damper actuator,which worked fine for a while and that was before replacing main board.
Any help on this will be most appreciated.
