I have no control light for crushed or crushed ice either. The cube light works and dispenses cubed ice as does the water. When pressing the crushed ice control button I get either water or cubed ice, depending on which was use last. Thanks

Is there anything else happening when you request crushed ice?

Do the lights dim on the dispenser?

Can you hear the fan slow down in the freezer?

Thanks for the reply. All noise & lights seem normal when pressing crushed ice, but I always get the previously selected (cubed ice) or (water) when pressing the crushed ice and then flexing the paddle. Thanks for the link.

There should be a technician sheet in an envelope stuck to the bottom of the fridge that will help you test the circuits.

It sounds like a problem with the mother board.
