I have the exact same water cooler. Mine is not leaking but instead, not cooling. It has power, and clicks when you turn it on but it sounds like the compressor is not coming on. I have had the back off and if I tap on the compressor, it kicks on for a while and then once it shuts off, it will not kick back on until I cycle the switch and tap on the compressor. This process is not feasable to provide chilled and heated water.
I am searching and hoping to find a fix to this since I am a die-hard, gotta-fix-it-myself kinda guy. I really like this water cooler and think that only a couple of years service is not an acceptable life span, thus I would like to find a fix for it.
Thanks in advance for any help!!

Can you please supply your model number?

Check in your owners manual you may still have warranty on the compressor.
