Age: Less than 1 year
help-this is a brand new refrigerator delivered yesterday. the water line is hooked up but I can not get the water through the door to work!

I live in an older home with a basement-the water line is running through the floor, but I am confused as to where or what is causing this problem? is something shut off I'm not seeing? Thanks!
