Cabinet Depth New Unit with Bottom Freezer. Tri-sensor electronic control. Just plugged in for the first time, Freezer cold, makes ice seems A-OK but the Fridge (Fresh Food Section) with French Doors will not cool. It has been on for 24h then we un-plugged and re-plugged, still not cool in the Fridge Section - temp at 31 celcius - setting is at 2 celcius! Cannot figure it out! Any suggestions as to why it is not cooling?

Your fridge should be under warranty.

Can you hear the fan in the freezer running?

If the fan is not running the cold air will not be forced into the fridge section.

The best thing to do is call in a service technician.
