We bought this refrigerator last month. When we came back from Christmas at my mothers house, the milk was spoiled. We bought a refrigerator thermometer and found that the refrigerator was running about 45 deg.

We started adjusting the controls and found that the refrigerator section must be set to 7 to get the temperature below 40, and even then it is only about 38. We are running the freezer at 5 and the refrigerator at 7, and the refrigerator is still at the warm end of the recommended range. We have checked with other thermometers as well.

It seems that our temperature control is not calibrated properly. Is there an adjustment somewhere, or do we need to arrange for warranty service?

I would go with the warranty service as there is a good chance it's the control board controlling the damper.
