Default Need help for Whirlpool
Brand: Whirlpool
Model Number: ED5FHGXNQ00
Age: 1 - 4 years

I have a Whirlpool side-by-side (model #ED5FHGXNQ00), purchased less than 3 years ago. The part of the housing in the freezer door, that holds the ice dispenser trap/door, broke and the ice dispenser mechanism will not stay attached to the housing. Whirlpool no longer makes this housing available because the new units now have evrything molded into the door. They suggested I contact Partselect.com to see if you might have the housing that I need. Evidently this housing use to be a part that was replacable.

Thank you,

Larry Martin
