I moved the refrigerator from to a new house, placed it in the garage. Waited two weeks, plugged it in and it will not cool. Tried on and off with the thermostat, tried waiting, leveling the unit. It sounds like it runs, compressor and fan, but no cool air in fridge or freezer. I moved this same fridge, in the same manner, lift gate truck, and it worked fine then. Help>>>

If you are sure the compressor is running, then you may have a restriction in the sealed system. The only cure is to evacuate the system and recharge. Make sure all that all things are running, Evaporator motor, compressor, condenser motor. Thats about all you can do. You may have oil in the lines which caused the restriction.
