Age: 1 - 4 years
Monogram Side by Side - model ZISB420DM installed 11-2003 now dispenses crushed ice but no cubes ??? Any suggestions.

You have a solenoid switch Parts 814,15,17,18,19,20 on this diagram and parts list. It switches the dispenser back and forth from crushed to cube. It could be stuck or not working or the parts connecting it could be disconnected or broken. You will have to observe to see if any parts are moving and if any noise is coming from the solenoid. The crusher is part 868 869. The connecting parts are 897, 898, 899.
