Default Maytag side-by-side WATER leaking from Freezer
I have a Maytag side by side with ice and water through the freezer door. Recently, I have water leaking within the freezer, dripping down the inside and filling the bottom. I guess it is the Icemaker.

I don't mind paying somebody to fix it but I'd like to know if it's a $50.00 job or a $400.00 job...

Can anyone tell me how I know if the Repair estimate is valid?
HELP!

One possibility is the drain tube for the defrost water is stopped up and can't drain to the drip pan underneath. If it's not covered with ice, blow it out and make sure it runs freely.

If it is the ice maker it could be because of a bad water inlet valve.
