Default Maytag msd2432gr freezer issue
Brand: Maytag
Model Number: MSD2432GR
Age: 1 - 4 years

Freezer pools water turning to ice on the bottom floor of the freezer during the defrost cycle. I can not find a way to take the back panel off on the inside of the freezer to get to the drain hole. Not sure if that is the issue here or not.

Part 14 on this diagram is the trough with the drain in the bottom of it. MSD2432GR Parts List

It looks like it's in the middle section of your panel with screws to hold it on. I hope this helps.

Thanks for checking into this, but the ice is building up on the bottom of the Freezer floor under the last basket. I can not find a way to get to the Drain hole that the freezer uses while it self defrosts to drain the water that is defrosted during this defrost period.
