My freezer works, but fridge doesnt. Took panel off the back, cleaned everything. Fan works. The pot in the back is very hot. I have water dripping in the fridge. Unplugged a few days ago and the both started to work. Then the frezzer stopped. Now the frezzer works and fridge doesnt. Need help, have sons party coming this weekend and need fridge. Repair men cant come till next week.

Start by cleaning condenser coils. Was the evaporator frozen solid in the freezer or just partially frozen? Please post this info.

I have unplugged the fridge. I saw that my frezzer at the back was 1 solid ice cube.
