Default Low water input
Brand: Jenn-Air

I Just Replaced The Ice Maker That Was In The Refer With Your Replacement # Mhik7989 Kit. Everything Works Great Except I'm Not Getting Enough Water Into The Ice Cube Tray. I've Opened Up The Screw On The Side Of The Unit Eachday To See If I Could Get More Water In The Tray, To No Avail. I Had No Problem With The Water Level On The Old Unit. I Need To Know How To Reset The Screw On The Side Of The Unit And Start Over. I'm Sure I've Screwed It Up Some How. Thanks, Jack

How much water is entering the ice maker?

What is the model number of the fridge?

Have you check the water pressure to the fridge?

Two things to check. 1- If your water supply is coming from behind the frig, and is a normal size valve like your faucet shuts, then check and see if your water inlet to the icemaker is starting to freeze up, or you might want to check the valve where your water supply connects to, it might have sand, or calicium build-up. If you have one of those tap on water lines, that could be your problem. I could be reached at T. PAONE's APPLIANCE SALES & SERVICE GUIDE Tom
