Default Locating Defrost Timer to Replace
Brand: Kenmore
Model Number: 363.9530783
Age: More than 10 years

I need to locate where the defrost timer is in my Kenmore Side-by-Side refrigerator. I am replacing the original part with part no. WR9X489, according to a specialist I just purchased the new part from. Any help?

Unfortunately I do not have picture of this fridge.

The defrost timer is sometimes found in the control panel in the fridge side or at the back of the fridge at the bottom.

Default Picture Of Refrigerator Assy, Same Model

I still have the owners manual for this model 363.9530783, dug it out last weekend because of some problems. I left it at work today, but can scan it in and send or post it here if you advise how to do so. I've also posted a question on my defrosting problem, so maybe your situation will help me out? I'll check back tomorrow morning just after 8:00 a.m. CDT.

Default Kenmore Manual-Still Trying

I think I understand how to place an attachment here, so here goes.....the entire manual was too large of a .pdf file.....even zipping the single page was too large....might take me a little longer to get this to you.

Default Size of Refrigerator

Does your manual indicate the size of this fridge in cubic feet?
