I see from reading other posts that I should clean the defrost drain, I located the evaporator coils and the trough underneath but the pure source plus model doesnt seem to have enough clearance to work on the drain. I can't even see the drain in the trough.

Are you talking about the end of the drain under the refrigerator or the beginning of the drain inside the freezer at the bottom in the back where you may have to remove the panel on the back.
