Question Leaky refrigerator
Brand: Kenmore
Model Number: 363.9762815
Age: 5 - 10 years

my refrigerator is leaking water outside of the refrigerator atleast once a day. usually over noght i wake up to a puddle. then i noticed under the vegetables bins that there eas water collecting in there but no sign of a leak. ever thing seems to work ok. frezzer is staying cold and so is the frig. i could not find any info on my model from kenmore. i do not see a drain under the crisper drawers, and i do not know where to look for one. please help.

It sounds like the drain in the fridge is plugged.

There should be a little cup in the center of the fridge close to the freezer bottom.

Remove the cup and clean.

Can you please verify your model number as I can not locate it in our database?
