I am having the same problem as mfrenier. The model # of my Kenmore fridge is 363.9631587 and it is over 10-15 yrs. old. Where would I find this drain in my fridge to try and clean it out? Thanks.

The drain should be in the middle of the fridge just below the freezer.
It could be behind the controls.
Unplug the fridge and drop the control panel.
Here is a link to the parts of your
fridge model 363.9631587
