Our Whirlpool freezer seems to be leaking - the bottom part of the freezer is covered in ice and the ice bucket contained a large chunk of ice where the leaking water froze. The floor under the fridge is dry, but water has leaked from the hose into the basement. No detectable holes or kinks in the water hose.

Any suggestions?

You have a leaking water solenoid in the back or a low water pressure to it.
