As stated by Woodchuck in the other post The drain for the defrost water is block and the water can not get to the drain pan under the fridge.

You will have to take the back panel off inside the freezer section and clean the drain.

Run a flexible wire down through the drain hose to make sure it is clear and poor a cup of water in the trough to make sure it is clear.

Can you please verify your model number?

The model number should be on a tag on the fridge behind the kick plate.
