Hi, I've got a Kitchenaid Superba side by side refrigerator...refrig. side has no air flowing into and is warming up...freezer side is freezing as usual...

There is a fan in the freezer to blow cold air into refrigerator or one in the refrigerator to pull the air from the freezer.[1] Make sure it's working.[2] Make sure the vent the air blows through is open. [3] Check for ice on back wall inside freezer. If there is it's automatic defrost problem.
