Wow! What a great service! Thanks to your great website I was able to find the screw (Part #: PS992753) holding my door handle on. The handle is now loose and I imagine I need to tighten this screw (unless the handle comes off like in other models). Is this just an Allen Wrench or do I need a Torx screwdriver? My meager toolbox doesn't have the right equipment.

If the head of the screw is hexagon the you need an Alan key.

If it is star shaped then you need torx.
