Default Kitchen Aid Icemaker
Brand: KitchenAid
Model Number: ksrs25ikss01
Age: 1 - 4 years

Hello, I posted earlier, but I think I screwed up with a photo.

Anyway, my icemaker makes ice fine.

Problem is cubes will get stuck between the rotating arm and the stripper on the way out.

I jumped the gun and replaced the module, but same problem.
A cube will get jackknifed in there and it locks up the rotating arm.

It is like the strippers slots are too big and a end of a cube gets wedged in there...

What should I replace now?

Thanks for any help!

Could something be bent of just out of position catching on the ice.

Thanks for the response.

Everything looks normal....... but the rotating arm does have some left/right play in it.

I wonder if it is not exactly centered that it makes a gap big enough to catch a edge of a cube....

Frustrating.

Thanks
