Exclamation Kenmore Ice Maker Issue
Brand: Kenmore
Model Number: 795.75553401
Age: 1 - 4 years

Hoping you can help. It's about 92 degrees today and I'm due with a baby in 4 days. Please help, I need ice!!!

My fridge is only 1 1/2 years old. It has the water disp on the door and the ice maker is in the bottom freezer. The water is flowing fine. The ice maker is only making ice once every few hours. I can hear the water flow to the ice maker and it's freezing the cubes. The issue is it's only making about 6 cubes every 3 hours. It used to fill the tray constantly. I keep checking it, turning it one and off and nothing. The last time I checked the cubes seemed to be stuck in the maker and the arm was stuck up. I released the cubes and pushed the arm down and it filled up and made ice again. I don't have a warrenty on it anymore, I know, stupid me. Hopefully you can help. Thanks so much.
Leah

Default

It could be a bad connection in the wiring harness.

It could also be the temperature in the freezer.

Have you noticed any changes?
