The ice maker of the above refrigerator doesn't make ice. It gets water inside, but the water gets freeze and stay there without geting out to the ice cubes container.
Is an Elite refrigerator with to doors. In one side is the freezer. thanks

My elite side by side ice-maker is not working as well. Does anyone have suggestions on where to start I have looked at all of the troubleshooting none of those helped??
