Check in the kick plate area for a troubleshooting chart.

There are a number of thing that can be wrong.

There may be frost on the optic lenses.

There may be dirt on the optics.

The ice container may be misaligned.

Can someone tell me where the kick plate is located at so that I can find the troubleshooting chart.

The kick plate is at the bottom of the fridge along the front.

Black or white grill under the doors.

Other things to check.
Check freezer temperature, must be at least 15 degrees.
Check water supply and water solenoid. Apply 115 volts to water solenoid and check for water flow to icemaker.
Check fill tube for frozen ice in freezer.

Mine did the same thing. It was 2 years old. The ice maker just quit working. We thought it was a fill valve we replaced didn't work. It was the ice maker itself. We replaced it. It worked until today, and now its broken again. Every time it breaks it cost $100.00 to replace. This is a very expensive refrigerator to operate.
