On the Ice Dispensor Motor (Part # PS46273), is there a trick to unthread the Auger Engagement Yoke (Part # PS110205). When I try to unthread it to remove the motor, the motor turns.

The yoke may be stuck or you may be turning it in the wrong direction.

To remove the the yoke turn it clockwise.

If it is stuck give it a tap with a hammer to loosen it.
