Hi, my refrigerator has periodic water leaking problem, the maintenent man changed auto thermo to older type mechanic type, but still, every 3-6 months, it'll leak, and everytime I open the freezer, it was all frost up, with ice colums and thin crest of ice frozen on the wall, and the water was draining from the ice maker(I felt it by putting my finger on it).

Everytime it happened, it'll ruin my wood floor, and I have to remove all the stored food out, and wait until it melt the ice, the problem persist, even the dealership meintenent man can only use hair blower to de-icy and then it back to work normally for another 3 months or so.

Can anyone give me a hint what to look for.

How often during the day is the fridge door opened?
