Side by side, freezer partial freezes then everything thaws. Refrigerator cools good.

How often do you notice this?

If it is getting worse you should have someone in to look at it you may have a leak in the sealed system.

Can you please supply your model number?

It is found in the fridge section on a tag with the serial number.
