GE side/side, Icemaker works fine, I have replaced water control valve, already disconnected water line to door at bottom connection and water flows when I press the water tab.

Suspect water line in freezer door frozen,

Is there a diagram and a heater strip for the freezer door line?

Yes if the water is dispensing for the bottom of the door the line must be frozen in the door.

I do not have the service manual for this model.

I don't believe that there is a heater in the door but if you look at your wiring diagram you should be able to tell.

Check the out let for obstruction.

Fixed, shut freezer off, waited about 15 min and been working since. haven't looked at the wiring diagram yet,

well maybe not fixed but it is working.
