My icemaker will not make ice. I get water from the door but no ice. Before it stopped it would give crushed ice instead of cubed , or cubed when you pressed crushed. I just replaced the filter today. The arm is in the right place. It is set on Factory settings as far as temp goes. I was told at Lowe's (where we bought the fridge and, 3 years after we bought it) It was a common problem with Frigidaire and Whirlpool.

Check the water valve at the back to the fridge.

There is one solenoid for the water dispenser and one for the ice maker and one common valve.

As for the dispenser dispensing the wrong ice it could be a problem in the ice bucket.

Your wiring diagram will tell you which one is for the ice maker.
