Icemaker water overflows into freezer

Ice maker will make ice but supply water over flows into the freezer and makes a huge ice mountain. This causes the refrigerator too get warm and ice maker line freezes up.

Where is the ice mountain forming?

If the ice is forming behind the panel on the inside of the freezer it is not defrosting when it should.
