Can you please give a little more detail on your problem?

Did this start all of the sudden?

Is any thing else happen with the fridge?

Can you please supply the rest of your model number?

The full model number can be found on a tag in the fridge section with the serial number.

Default Water pours out

Sheila,

The water that supplies the front door and trays for the ice continual pours out. It happend sudden all by itself. Someone walked by the refridgerator and found water on the floor and running down the front of the door. We had to shut off the water supply to the fridge to stop it. the fridge and freezer work fine other than that. The only other numbers in the model number indicate that it is a stainless steel model.

I think that you are having a problem with the mother board at the back of the fridge.

This control the operation of the water dispenser and the rest of the fridge.

There has been a on going issue with the board in the GE fridges.

Others on the forums have called GE and have received free service and replacement part.

Call General Electric
US 1-800-626-2005 Canada 1-877-959-8688.

You may have to be a little pushy and they may give you an other number to call.

Here is a link to your fridge model GSH25SGPAss.

When you call make sure you have the full model number that is with the ss and the serial number.
