Icemaker trouble

Age:
5 - 10 years
It makes Ice it just want dump it. All you hear is a bumping sound. Took it apart an the fingers that push the ice out was froze in the ice cubes.

I am sure the tray heater is to fault - the frozen cubes can not be released from the tray
