My Kennmore 106.56564400 ice maker is not making ice. We emptied ice a few days back and now no new ice is being made. Red light is blinking twice and is solid when flap is held down. Any ideas on what could be wrong? Thanks

The temperature in the freezer must be 5 degrees or below for the unit to make ice.

Is there water in the ice maker?

Check the valve on the back of the fridge.

One of the valve may be burnt out.
