Icemaker not producing water runs thru door for drinking

ice maker runs but no harvest of ice, water runs thru door for drinks i suspect the valve (#10) on the schematic from whirlpool ., any suggestions before i purchase the valve, is it possible that a line is frozen? thank you bill

The best thing to do is check the valve with a meter to make sure it is faulty.
