Default Icemaker not ejecting cubes
Brand: Kenmore
Model Number: 10655534400
Age: 1 - 4 years

Small incomplete cube was jamming the ejection of tray a couple of times. CLEARED OUT AND ICEMAKER STARTED TO WORK AGAIN.
Then cubes would not eject at all. Removed icemaker and cleared tray of cubes and hooked back up. TRAY FILLED, MADE ICE AND EJECTED ONE TIME. Then it only dropped a little water in the tray and stopped.

I cannot get any water to come out now. I'm at a loss.

If the temperature is not 5 degrees or lower the ice maker will not work.

Here is a link on how to test your ice maker.

Here is a link to the parts of your fridge model 10655534400.

I do think the icemaker may have been to warm. I vac'd the coils last night and the frig is working better. How long can I expect to wait for temp to get down where it should be? Will icemaker just start working when temp is right or will it have to be reset?

You may have to turn it off for 10 minutes.

It should only take a few hours if the door is not opened.

Default still no water

Blew air through ice maker tube and not frozen. No water in line. Ice maker ejector had moved as if trying to cycle. Still no water. Could the valve be bad? The water in the door still works.

Yes the valve could be faulty.

There are two solenoids on the valve one is for the water dispensing and the other is for the ice maker.
