Brand: General Electric
Model Number: profile
Age: 5 - 10 years

Icemaker makes Ice OK but frequently leaves puddle in front of freezer door.

It is likely defrost water that you are finding on the floor.

Remove the back panel inside the freezer and clean the drain.

Can you please supply your model number?

Refrigerator is GE Monogram side by side. Leak if under freezer door.

The model number is located in the fridge section on a tag with the serial number.
