Exclamation Icemaker did not restart dumping

My two year old Frigigare icemaker has always worked perfectly until someone bumped the copper tubing and started an immediate leak at the connection. We raised the arm to stop icemaking and turned off the water supply. We then replaced the copper with a more flexible tubing and turned on the water. The icemaker did not dump the ice that was already in it when we raised the arm to restart ice making. I have unplugged the electricity to see if it will restart. The ice in the maker appears normal. It just does not fall out, though ready to do so.

Please help! I know nothing was broken in the icemaker, we simply turned off the water and two days later turned it on again.

Thank you for responding. After looking at it again more carefully I see no water in the tray at all. I checked the new hose connection and faucet. It all appears to be ok. The new hose is a FloodSafe and it's directions said to reset by removing from the faucet and reconnect which I did. I feel the new hose may be the problem but cannot pull the fridge out again because the tile layer is working in front of it for the next few days. If you know anything else to check, I will appreciate it. All was fine until the worker bumped the copper tubing and started the leak.

Model is GLRT212IDW1

The valve on the fridge may be faulty if water came in contact with it but you will have to wait until the floor is done to check this also.
