Default Icemaker
Brand: Whirlpool
Model Number: ET1FTKXKQ02
Age: 1 - 4 years

My ice maker stopped working. Made ice as normal, then made less and less until it makes none. I took the water inlet valve off and cleaned it. Still no ice. Poured water in ice maker, it will freeze it but will not dump ice.

Also on the front of ice maker where the plastice gear goes on, the clip that holds the gear on, one of the two clips is broken. I found this when it took the cover off. When I unplug the ice maker and plug it back up the gear turns as normal. What do I need to do?
