ALL THE LIGHTS ON THE CONTROL PANEL OVER THE WATER AND ICE DISPENSER FALSH ON AN OFF AND WANT STOP THE ICE DOOR OPENS AND CLOSES ON ITS ON WITH OUT PUSHING CONTROL KNOB. THE FREEZER COMPARATMENT WILL SET TO THE CORRECT TEMP BUT THE REFRIGERATOR ONLY GETS DOWN TO ABOUT 59 DEGREES NO MATTER WHAT YOU SET THE TEMP CONTROL . i WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF IT A BAD CONTOL PANEL.

You may have two problem with this.

You may have had a voltage spike.

This would take the board out causing the lights to flashing and the door opening and closing.

The warm temperature in the fridge section could be caused by the damper not opening.
