This shows the parts available for your dispenser. The control board could be the problem. Do you hear and clicks or motors when you depress the dispenser switch. can you open the door by hand. By gently prying the cover off you will have access to look at the parts.

The icemaker dumps the ice into the top of the refriderator door and the door clicks but the ice will not come out. The door pops open about 1/4" then after about 10 seconds it closes again. I can push it open by hand. It seems like it should open up farther than the 1/4" of travel.

I forgot to put this link to your model number RTW22EOCAL.

Something may be broken, loose or missing from the door or parts it's attached to. Look at the hinge and it's position.
Will the door finish opening if you assist it by pulling it open when it trying to open.

Yes, I can push the door open fairly eaisly with a little resistance, feels like a slight spring resistance. When I press the switch the door only opens that 1/4". Should the door travel open farther than that?

What is the best way to gain access? Remove the inside of the fridge door?
