Brand: KitchenAid
Model Number: KCMS145JSS-0
Age: 1 - 4 years
Nothing on dispenser is working. Started with cubed ice not working last year (crushed only), now nothing works on the door

Check the wires in the door going to the dispenser.

If you are getting power to the dispenser you will have to replace the board.

Can you please supply the model number to your fridge? The one you gave is for a microwave.

I found broken wires under the door and soldered them. I wish there was more room/slack in the wires so that I could make sure this wouldnt happen again.

I really appreciate the help
