Hi there,
my side by side refrigerator was not dispensing water nor ice,the indicating lights were off as well.To make a long story short,i found that the power cable coming from the main board to the dispenser electronic board had a connector damaged by water and rust.It is found in the bottom of the freezer door.
I disconnected it,and found a broken cable in it.I soldered it back on the connector and now everything works!
So if you refrigerator drips water on the freezer door beware!
You are starting to have a problem and could be this connector,make sure it stays dry,the condensation comes from door heater not working well due to lack of power due to this connector who may have started to fail.

i replaced the water vale and still no watercoming out of water despenserbut,i noticed their are two of theese valves,what is wrong ,now????????????????/

make sure your water supply tibing is not kinked and blocking the water supply

One of the valves is for your ice maker and one for the water. Is your ice maker working. You can swap the lines or the wires to see if the different components work. Water switch should sent water to ice maker and visa versa.
