Side by side makes ice, however dispenser not working and is not lit. I think a board needs to be replaced, however don't know if I should replace the power board or control board. Both are about $100 bucks. Does anyone know if there is history of failure with either one or both?

Check the power going into the board.

If there is no power to the board check the wiring harness.
