Hi I'm trying to troubleshoot my in-laws refrigerator. Im getting no power whatsoever to the in door ice/water dispenser. No light, no indications at all. The ice maker in the freezer works as it should. What would be the culprit?

Same problem with my Maytag 2 weeks ago.

try the circuit board / timer assembly located behind the ice/water dispenser. simple connection - expensive part.

is more than likely broken wire harness at lower door pivot point
